REITire is a real estate investment trust web site for Gold Coast Financial group in Dana Point California. REITs are relatively complex real estate investment instruments that are not as well known of as most investment and retirement vehicles. Given the legal requirements and complexity of the investment product I chose a design that would be visually appealing to the instruments market as well as organize and present the many variations of investment opportunities in a compact and organized a manner as possible. The site uses multiple JavaScript animation effects and has a flash banner that displays as jquery base banner in non-flash enabled environments.
